You have arrived—in every moment, everywhere you have ever been.

This very special Battery Adventure Club event uses the unique cityscape of San Francisco as the setting for exploration of hidden places in the city—and within ourselves.

Starting and ending at The Battery, we’ll walk ten to twelve miles through San Francisco. Along the way we’ll stop to explore and to sit together and learn the basics of the FLOW approach to meditation. Flow meditation is a radically simple and effortless practice in which we stop struggling to control the mind, opening us up to a deeper experience of our self, so we can live more of our life in a state of “everyday flow.”

Our guides for this special long, slow walk are Battery Creatives in Residence James Brown, founder of  Vedic Path Meditation, and Bowen Dwelle, an outdoor sports expert, adventure guide, and apprentice writer.

The group will depart from the Battery at 2pm and return in time for (optional) dinner at 7pm. To respect the integrity of the group, participants are asked to participate for the entire event.
